NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2023, and entered in 18-CA-005248 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and ALFRED NAPOLITANO; NANCY FLORES A/K/A NANCY FLORES-NAPOLITANO A/K/A NANCY NAPOLITANO A/K/A NANCY I. NAPOLITANO A/K/A NANCY FLORES; YUSNEL GONZALEZ; BAYSIDE INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP LLC; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNE ESTATES AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
