NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Renewed Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-006620 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE OWNERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-4 ASSET BACKED NOTES is Plaintiff and DANIEL and ANNA ROTHENBUSH, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, CINDY STUART, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On-Line Public Auction website: https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 01, 2023, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, to-wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK B OF BLOOMINGDALE TRAILS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86 PAGE(S) 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
