NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated this March 28, 2023, entered in Civil Case No. 22-CC-097637 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein F.A. MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, INC is Plaintiff and ROSA LEE MITCHELL CHEATHAM is Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45.031, at 10:00am on the 19th day of May 2023, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 18, Block 11, Englewood Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page(s) 59, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
