NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-006178-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, formerly known as BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, Plaintiff and BONAFIDE PROPERTIES, LLC AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER THE 18400 GULF BLVD #1503 LAND TRUST DATED THE 3RD DAY OF JULY, 2014 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 18, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 1503, OF THE BEACH COTTAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 33 THROUGH 45, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED INN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5405, PAGES 1544 THROUGH 1607, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
