NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021 CA 000568 of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for FLAGLER County, Florida wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and CONSTANCE GOLDBERG AKA CONSTANCE LOUISE HOLT GOLDBERG, et al., are Defendants. Tom Bexley, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at http://flagler.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 5th day of May, 2023, the following described property:
