for Polk County, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., Plaintiff and KLAUS FRIEDENREICH; IDA POLLACK; BETZAIDA FUENTES; SOLIVITA WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOLIVITA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AVATAR PROPERTIES, INC. D/B/A SOLIVITA CLUB, are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at on May 18, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
