NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2023, and entered in 2022-CA-001656 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and JAMES ANDREW WYATT; MELINDA KAY WYATT; CITIBANK. FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; HIDDEN OAKS OF MANATEE COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; WESTFIELD GROUP INSURANCE COMPANY, ASO JLH SECURITY SERVICE, INC.; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC, FKA MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 16, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
