NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2023, and entered in 2018CA002467CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLEY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR CASCADE FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST HB4 is the Plaintiff and MARIE RIZZI; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE
ESTATE OF ROSE SAMBUCO A/K/A ROSE V. SAMBUCO, DECEASED; JOHN SAMBUCO; ANNETTE SAMBUCO; ANTHONY RIZZI; ANTHONY J. SAMBUCO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 15, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
