Final Judgment was awarded on April 11, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2019CA004991AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM J. FARRELL; JASON OBEIDALLAH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC; WEST GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; EUROPEAN MARBLE CO., INC.; MANATEE COUNTY, FL; UNKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A ASHLEY STURAT are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 25, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, WEST GLENN SUBDIVISION PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 148-153, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
