NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 10, 2023, and entered in Case No.: 22-CA-010459 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein SOLE HOLDINGS, LLC, Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER KYLE LEWIS, ONEMAIN FINANCIAL GROUP, LLC, THE CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE STATE OF FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforclosure.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of May, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, Evelyn City, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 65, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
