NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 27, 2023, and entered in Case No. 36-2022-CA-000746 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Filemon Vazquez aka Filemon Vazquez Loredo, deceased, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Reyna Maria Galvan, Jose David Vazquez a/k/a Jose David Vasquez Galvan, Diana Galvan Vazquez a/k/a Viridiana Galvan, Noe Vazquez Galvan, Ma Esther Galvan De Vazquez, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 11th day of May, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
