NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on April 4, 2023 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-008639, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, GATEWAY MORTGAGE GROUP, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JULIO C. VARGAS A/K/A JULIO VARGAS and JESSICA VARGAS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 9, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 216 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 15 FEET THEREOF, ALL LYING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
