NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 14, 2023 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-009156, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2018-RPL1 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and AARON SEIGHMAN-SMITH A/K/A AARON S. SMITH; MARIA NICKERSON; LOGAN GATE VILLAGE CIVIC ASSOCIATION INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on May 16, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 242, LOGAN GATE VILLAGE PHASE II UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 36, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
