YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES RO ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit/Lot No. 33, of COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Occupancy Agreement legally described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; with the mobile home situated thereon: 1969 Trop Mobile Home, Identification Number 4812CKR11329. With the following street address: 27466 US Highway 19 N., #33, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #83 for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to ownership of the Membership Certificate and acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
