NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2023 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 14, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-002444-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and AHMAD N. SHADEED; TRUIST BANK, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of July, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, LESS THE EAST 126.67 FEET, AND THE EAST 5 FEET OF THE VACATED 10 FOOT ALLEY ADJACENT TO SAID LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 112, SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 8 AND 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
