REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is seeking proposals from firms (“the Consultant”) qualified to provide professional services related to the development of a city-wide Strategic Plan. The development of the Strategic Plan would include working with community leaders, stakeholders and user groups to deliver a plan that will serve as a roadmap for prioritization of capital projects, land acquisitions, programs, special events, maintenance, staffing, and budget/financing directions for the next 3 to 5 years.
Submittals provided in response to the Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) must provide sufficient detail and information to complete an evaluation of their merit. The instructions contained herein must be followed to be considered responsive to the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses. Submittals should be based on the following Scope of Work.

Proposals are due no later than the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
