FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 15 MINUTES WEST 108 FEET, THENCE EAST 130 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST 108 FEET, THENCE WEST 130 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO WEST ONE-HALF OF PUBLIC ROAD ABUTTING EAST BOUNDARY OF ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY. (LESS 40 FEET NORTH OF CENTER LINE OF CORRINE DRIVE, SEC 75680.)
