Unit 718, of Phase 7, Vizcaya, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1008, Page 3614, Amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with the assignment of Parking Space No. H designated in the Declaration of Condominium as limited common elements as an appurtenance to the Unit.
Said property having a street address of 6101 34th Street West, Unit 26H, Bradenton, FL 34210.
