NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 12, 2023, and entered in Case No. 41-2016-CA-003496 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-10, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-10, is the Plaintiff and Joe Stephens as Trustee of the Bree Stephens 4 Trust under Agreement dated February 22, 2006,Unknown Successor Trustee of the Totten Family Trust, Unknown Beneficiaries of the Bree Stephens 4 Trust under Agreement dated February 22, 2006,Bank of America, N.A., Barbara Stephens aka Barbara L. Stephens aka Barbara Lee Stephens, T.M. Construction of Sarasota, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation, by and through Joe Stephens, its President as Beneficiary of the Totten Family Trust, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a John Riley, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Victoria Riley, Unknown Beneficiaries of the Totten Family Trust, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on May 17, 2023 at the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
