BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH 210 FEET, THENCE WEST 130 FEET, THENCE NORTH 210 FEET, THENCE EAST 130 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING A PART OF LOT 5 OF CURRY'S PLAT, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK F, PAGE 474 AND DEED BOOK 290, PAGE 559 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any to it on David C.
