Erickson, Stanley Howe ,Marilyn P. Howe, Safe IRA Homes, LLC. as trustee, with full F.S. 689.071 and 689.073 power and authority to sell, to lease, to encumber, or to otherwise to manage and dispose of the real property, Flamingo Cay Apartments Association, Inc., Marilyn P. Howe, As Trustee for Howe Trust II u/a/d 7/27/88, United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the May 11, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
