NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2019 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 19, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-009786 (E) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County,
Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and DEBRA DIAZ; OSPREY LANDING OF RUSKIN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
CINDY STUART, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of June, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 10, BLOCK B AS SHOWN ON PLAT ENTITLED “OSPREY LANDING” AND RECORDED WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA IN BOOK 125, PAGE 145-149.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
