NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 19, 2023 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-011661, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CB5 is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF ALBERT E. GREEN; MARINA PETERS GREEN A/K/A MARINA PETERS-GREEN; HUNTER'S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERFORDE AT HUNTER'S GREEN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TOSTA LEBLANC; VANESSA R. The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on May 17, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, HUNTER'S GREEN, PARCEL 20, (WATERFORDE AT HUNTER'S GREEN), ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
