NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2023, and entered in 29-2022-CA-000732 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GENE SHUGARTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GENE SHUGARTS, DECEASED; JOHN SHUGARTS are the Defendant(s).
