NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 24, 2023, issued in and for Hillsborough, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-004774, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 BKM-TT-V is the Plaintiff, and GINO PELLOT and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GINO PELLOT N/K/A LINDA PELLOT are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, HILLSBOROUGH CLERK OF COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 26, 2023 at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
TRACT 13: THE NORTH 70 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING TRACT: THE NORTH 2/3 OF THE SOUTH 3/4 OF THE EAST 1/4 OF GOVERNMENT LOT 7, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 385 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE ROAD ON THE EAST, ALL LYING IN AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
