NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of April 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-CA-007418, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN ESTATE EDWARD P. SHARPE FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY LAKEVIEW VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF BRANDON, INC. TAMMI SUE AVISE TAMMI SUE AVISE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE OF EDWARD P. SHARPE KELLY ANN DENN EDWARD P. SHARPE III; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LOT 6 IN BLOCK 1 OF LAKEVIEW VILLAGE -SECTION “D” UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, ON PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
