NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 18, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2022-CA-001501, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff,
and TRACI L. CHAPMAN N/K/A TRACI L. SCHRAENKLER; HAROLD E. SCHRAENKLER JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 21, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NE CORNER OF THE SOUTH 334.5 FEET OF THE EAST 872 FEET OF THE NE ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 50 FEET AND WEST 613.625 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET, THENCE WEST 83.375 FEET, THENCE NORTH 100 FEET, THENCE EAST 83.375 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
