NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 14, 2023, and entered in Case No. 36-2021-CA-006379 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Oceanside Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Wallace A. Bethune aka Wallace Anthony Bethune, deceased, Kimberly Casey, Corey Bethune Kreuz, Angela Barker, Pine Island Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19th day of May, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 246, FLAMINGO BAY UNIT NO. III-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 74 TO 80, INCLUSIVE, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS A 1988 DOUBLEWIDE BARR MOBILE HOME BEARING VIN NUMBERS: FLFLH33A10943BA AND FLFLH33B10943BA.
