COME NOW, the Plaintiffs, MERLE S. HUFFMAN and CHARLENE HUFFMAN, as CoTrustees of the Huffman Revocable Trust dated January 21, 1994 (hereafter “Defendants”), by and through the undersigned counsel, and hereby give notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on September 27, 2022, Case No. 22CA4258. You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon counsel for Plaintiffs, ADAM STEVENS, ESQ. of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., whose address is 2050 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, within 30 days after first day of publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Honorable Court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiffs' counsel or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this action will be mailed to the address of record at the Clerk's Office.
