TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT STECK; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS OR PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 19, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT FIFTY-NINE, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5197, Pages 2008 through 2035, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 61, Pages 102 through 106, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Rachel M. Wagoner, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1756 N. Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL 33765, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published 30 days from the first publication in the Business Observer.
