NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Reschedule Foreclosure Sale And To Disburse From Registry dated April 19, 2023, entered in Case No. 20-002378-CI in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and HELEN LA RUE, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. on JUNE 6, 2023. ( ) www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1932, COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGE 1436 THROUGH 1502, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH A SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
A/K/A: 2625 STATE RD 590, #1932, CLEAR WATER, FL 33759.
