NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on April 11, 2023 in Civil Case No. 17-005437-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, MB FINANCIAL BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and JURGEN SKROCH and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA JESSICA SKROCH are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 13, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BAYOU MANOR 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
