NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-003857-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and LEONARD L. SERMON, JR., et al., are Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA Clerk of The Circuit Court and Comptroller of Pinellas County will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of May, 2023, the following described property:
LOT 33, PRATHERS HIGHLAND HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
