NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2023, and entered in Case No. 52-2022-CA-001454 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2021-NR1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2021-NR1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Lorraine Claire Dennies a/k/a Lorraine C. Dennies a/k/a Lorraine Dennies, deceased, City of St. Petersburg, George R. Olk, Dawn M. Olk, Arthur Lee Dennies, Jr a/k/a Arthur Lee Dennies, III, Thomas L. Dennies, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Norman Dennies, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the May 18, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
