NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2021CA003231000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Al Joseph Mitchell, Sr., Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on August 22, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

SAID SUBDIVISION BEING LOCATED IN THE NORTH 391 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST.
