NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2023, and entered in Case No. 53-2022-CA-001800 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Carmen Quinones Soto, deceased, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, City of Winter Haven, Irving Pacheco, Carmen Ann Pacheco, Angelica Marie Berrie, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the
highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the August 24, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
