NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July24, 2023, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-005283-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-nc1, is the Plaintiff and Anecia Joseph, Neker Joseph, Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession of the Property n/k/a Lenord Rajad, Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession of the Property, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the August 22, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 129, BONNIE BROOK-UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
