NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment of Partition entered on or about July 27, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-003541, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, CAROLINA LANDINGS AT UNIVERSITY PLACE UNIT 7560, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MIDDLEBURG REALTY ONE, LLC is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder online at https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com/ on August 24, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Partition, to wit:
Unit 7560, Building 7, Carolina Landings at University Place, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1859, Page 5594 and according to the Master declaration of Book 1875, Page(s) 3302, amendments thereof of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
No “known” or “unknown” liens, mortgages, encumbrances, taxes, or judgments shall be paid or satisfied from the sales proceeds. The sales proceeds are solely to be used for the benefit of the Plaintiff and Defendant. No funds from the sales proceeds shall be used for the benefit of the buyer/third party purchaser. Bidders should thoroughly conduct their own due diligence to determine all encumbrances that will remain on the real property.
