You are hereby notified that R. CRAIG HARRISON, has deposited the sum of $147,445.87 with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sarasota County, Florida, pursuant to ยง733.816, Florida Statutes. The sum represents the remaining assets of JOHN J SULLIVAN, now deceased.
You are further notified that said funds, less costs of publication and clerk's fee, shall escheat to the Treasurer of the State of Florida, unless a claimant entitled to said funds shall, within ten (10) years from the date of the deposit with the treasurer obtain an order of the court directing payment to said claimant.
