LOT 38, PROMENADE AT PALMER RANCH PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 401 THROUGH 405, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
