NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 06, 2023, and entered in 2022 CA 005764 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARGARET A. BURKE, DECEASED; SANDRA HALL; LISA KLINGLER; CARLA ROSE; KIRK KLINGLER; CINDY PAYNTER; FEDERAL HOUSING COMMISSIONER; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MIRA LAGO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 5, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, MIRA LAGO AT PALMER RANCH, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 10, 10A THROUGH 10C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
