NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 06, 2023, and entered in 58-2020-CA-003495 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE REVOCABLE OGOU TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE REVOCABLE OGOU TRUST; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JUNE M. OLIVER A/K/A JUNE OLIVER, DECEASED; JOYCE DUNN; SUZANNE PARK; TODD DUNN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 05, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
