NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-005279 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is the Plaintiff and Sharon L. Van Landschoot aka Sharon Van Landschoot; LaShaunda D. James; Sharon L. Van Landschoot, Trustee of the Sharon Van Landschoot, Revocable Living Trust dated May 21, 2009; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23rd day of August, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 31 AND 32, BLOCK 1154, UNIT 24, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 63-77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
