NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 17-CA-008363 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-A is the Plaintiff and Donna James f/k/a Donna F. McCloud a/k/a Donna McCloud; Continental Heritage Insurance Company; Kings Lake Neighborhood Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will
sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of September, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK 6, KINGS LAKE PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 89, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
