NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-006309 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A , is the Plaintiff and Lisa I. Gonzalez, Wells Fargo Bank NA successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Silver Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the August 21, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
