MUNDAY, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, OR OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MINNIE B. MUNDAY, and all others whom it may concern:
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Declaratory Relief, Reformation, and Uniform Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 25, 2023, in Case No.: 23-000805-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which JUVENILE SERVICES PROGRAM, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 5, Munday's Addition to Chestervilla, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on August 31, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
