NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2023, and entered in Case No. 19-005289-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-CP1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-CP1, is Plaintiff and GLENN GIANSIRACUSA; LINDA GIANSIRACUSA A/K/A LINDA M. GIANSIRACUSA; WINDMILL POINTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of September, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
