Anthony K. Elliott, Claimant.
TO: ANTHONY K. ELLIOTT, and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $3,220.00 U.S. Currency (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about July 11, 2023, at or near the area of 46th Avenue N and 52nd St. N., Pinellas County, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2018).
