NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit B, Building 218, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of BEACON LAKES CONDOMINIUM 5-B, recorded in O.R. Book 783, Pages 172-252, and addendums in O.R. Book 808, Page 1229, and O.R. Book 815, Page 1325, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, Plat Book 13, Pages 107-109. With the following
street address: 4022 Davit Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 31, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
