SAUNDERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRETCHEN L. SAUNDERS; LVNV FUNDING LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE N/K/A GREG SAUNDERS and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO N/K/A KERRY CARELLI are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel as Clerk of said Court, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East (3rd Floor, Lobby), the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 31st day of August, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
